Quebec Sod Growers Fall Field Day

Rejean Beausejour and his wife Karine hosted the Quebec Sod Growers Fall Field day September 20, 2008 at their farm in St. Liguori, Quebec. Turf growers from across the Province of Quebec were on hand to enjoy the day and watch Trebro equipment in action. To start the day, Bob Sievwright from Trimax Mowing Systems demonstrated the Pegasus 20 foot mower. The rugged design and durability of the Pegasus makes it an ideal mower for sod farm use. The mowing height is quickly adjustable from ½ inch up to 4 inches to suit a wide range of mowing requirements. Everyone was impressed by the excellent finish of cut and uniform clipping dispersal. Le Gazonniere Lauzon et Freres, Inc was kind enough to let us demonstrate their brand new AutoStack that we delivered to them immediately following the show. The AutoStack is obviously the ultimate high production turf harvester that will replace two conventional hand-stack turf harvesters and their crew of labors. Our Service Technician, Richard Langdon was on hand to operate the machine and demonstrate how easy and convenient it was to stack perfect pallets of grass in a matter of minutes. In 2009 Trebro will be celebrating 10 years of AutoStack production. Turf growers from around the world have enjoyed many years of outstanding performance and reliability using the Trebro AutoStack. To finish the day off, Rejean Beausejour demonstrated the new Trebro ShortCut that they have been using on their farm since July of this year. Rejean said that it is an ideal machine for his operation. The outstanding maneuverability and ability to back the finished pallets out of the next pass make it effortless for them to put up the many truck loads of grass they need each day. He likes how easy it is to operate and is impressed with the after-the-sale-service he gets from Trebro.
