All orders are processed within two business days after receipt of the order. Orders are usually shipped via UPS Ground service, which is typically 7-10 business days for regular shipping and 2-3 business days if you chose express shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Trebro Manufacturing reserves the right to ship all items in the manner they so choose, unless a specific request is made at the time of the order. All returns must have preauthorization. To return product, call 1.888.395.5867 to obtain a return authorization number. Please refer to your warranty policy that came with your machine.
